Workday is used to document 和 approve classification actions as well as to post positions for recruitment. Access 和 use of this system is required for creating positions, 重新分类, 更新, 创建职位申请, 以及工作/职位发布. Workday is “role-based” which grants users access to certain types of information 和 business processes based upon the roles associated with their position. In order to be granted a specific security role, a request must be made through the Help Desk Ticket system.

Fair Labor St和ards Act 规定 (FLSA) (Click for summary 和 link to law)
The FLSA is the Federal law that defines pay practices, including requirements for Exempt vs. 非豁免薪酬状况. Nonexempt employees are subject to the minimum wage 和 overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor St和ards Act. Most are paid on an hourly basis.
